When we purchased this house, we knew it would be a work in progress, but it gave our growing family lots of space. It has provided us a place to host friends and gatherings, to love on those who feel a little broken, and to watch little ones learn to love trees and butterflies and mud. π We have made…

The Three Month Master Plan is a system I’ve created to help you (and ME), set and MEET our goals! If you are content where you are (and you may be, which is fine, if you are happy), then this post is NOT for you. Just turn away. Walk away right now. This post is NOT for you. If you…
Breakfast/Lunch/Snack Meal Rotation
This is a quick blog post about Breakfast/Lunch/Snack Rotation for our home. Lately, I have been getting lots of questions about how I meal plan. This Week’s Couponing
This has been a *VERY* good week for couponing. I ended up with 2 FREE reams of paper, plus one additional pack from STAPLES. They run this deal every now and then but I’ve not been brave enough to try…I figured I would this week, and it worked beautifully!! There were no really interesting deals at Rite Aid and Walgreen’s…
Freezer Foods
Ok…another day of not cooking for the freezer. π Crystal, wrote about this idea on her blog. What a great idea and an easy lunch even the little Lamberts to pull out of the freezer! We made three loaves of bread into freezer sandwiches this morning. Each one was tucked neatly into a folding-flap sandwich bag and then stacked neatly…
Cleaning Toys
Cleaning is always more fun when you are cleaning toys. π A bathtub filled with soapy water and mega-blocks…. these toys had become so dirty from all the construction dust. My littles washed them up, and we dried them on towels in the sun this afternoon.
