Cookies with no flour? You bet!! These are perhaps the best peanut butter cookies we’ve ever tried. Without the flour, the peanut butter flavor really shines! 1 egg 1c peanut butter 1c sugar 1t vanilla Mix together and bake at 350^ for 8 minutes. They will NOT look like they are cooked until they cool for a few minutes. Yum!!
