I mentioned visiting my friend Sheryl, in my last post.
Paul and I had decided before we arrived at her home that we would not stay past 5pm because I knew she would be tired.
Of course, when do those plans ever actually work out when you are with a friend?!
We did leave a little before dark. We weren’t sure what was in the area so we turned to the Roadside America and added some stops to our list:
Steampunk House– This was my favorite! I would have loved to have walked through this man’s backyard!
An ornament for our tree to remind us of our trip:
I’m thankful the Lord allowed me to make this trip. I’m thankful for time with my husband. I’m very thankful for the time with my dear friend.
