This week has brought many blessings. One I was particularly looking forward to was a visit from a good friend.

She brought a couple of her children and stayed for a while. We haven’t visited in quite some time. It was nice to sit and catch up. I shared all of our latest happenings, and *our new little blessing*. She told me about her children and the things she has been doing.

She brought soup and fresh bread, a smile, and a very sweet baby gift.
