We are always looking for crockpot recipes for the Sunday fellowship we attend. This one is super simple, frugal and delicious!
Crock Pot Corn
- 20oz. frozen corn
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
- 1 stick butter (we use less)
- 6T water
- 2T sugar
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on HIGH 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours. Blend well as it softens.

I’ll have to try this. We have a potluck lunch every week at our home fellowship too. I use the crock pot almost every week! Everyone likes corn!
We love it…and you are right- everyone loves corn!! 😀
We call it “Courtney Corn” because we first had it when she made it for lunch one Sunday. It kinda has a ring to it.
Cute, Kyle! We might start calling it “Courtney Corn” too!! 😀
