Broccoli Casserole

This recipe came from the church where Paul and I were married. I never use Cheese Whiz in anything, but this recipe has become a holiday tradition in our home.

Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 8oz jar, cheese whiz
  • 1/4c butter, divided
  • 2 10 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1c crushed Ritz crackers, divided

Combine cheese and 2T butter until smooth. Add broccoli and 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Pat in 8″ square baking dish. Melt remaining butter and toss with rest of crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli.

Bake at 350^, uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
