Today, we’re celebrating one year in our new home!!! It doesn’t seem like a year, does it?? Also, it was exactly 23 years today that my dearest Paul and I started dating. It REALLY doesn’t seem like that long ago. I have loved every day…with it’s joys and sorrows. I can’t imagine spending the time with anyone else.

We’re preparing for new chicks! Twenty-six of them to be exact!! They are supposed to be here by February 1st. I hadn’t even thought about them until yesterday when I happened to glance down at my calendar. I have a list of supplies which need to be assembled. I don’t want one of those, “I had to place my chicks…
