Mama has been feeling pretty bad all day.  She taken some motrin and remains on the percoset the doctor prescribed, but only at bedtime.

She asked if I might take her out for a while tomorrow so she can get out of the house.  A little later, she said she didn’t know if she would feel like it but it was nice to have the option.

Meredith asked her today if she was going to be feeling better.  I thought Mama and I were both going to cry.  We’ve really not discussed anything else at this point.  We’re just waiting.

The waiting seems endless.
