Daisies are now blooming in the front yard!
Jessica came in with them tucked into the back of her braid one day. I think it may have been one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen! So feminine!!
Each and every day there are more and more blooms around the house.
My favorite at the moment are antique roses in all shades of pink and white– at least a dozen of them! Joshua brought in a bouquet for the dining room table last night. What an unexpected blessing!
Little things continue to make our new house more like home.
My children have been a little under the weather this week. Courtney spent her recovery time making new window stars for the wall of windows we have facing the lake.
I have missed the stars from the other house so…when I walked into the family room, my heart began to swell! This is just one more thing that makes the house feel “homey”…seeing things the children have made here and there. I absolutely love them!
