This week, Jacob repaired some minor issues with our hot water heater. He also hung a new door in our family room. We’ve done some gardening and yard work and done some much needed cleaning in our basement. I’ve been working on year-long meal plans, the girls and I managed to get more homemade “go-gurts” and some additional freezer meals…

The Geese Return
This is the only pair we’ve seen so far this year. They seem unusually friendly. In fact, they’ve been sitting most days just outside of my bathroom window. I think they may be nesting on top of our goat shed. Before too long, there will be a whole little family of geese…probably right about the time our own little family…
