I went to pick the phone up and call my mom this morning to tell her how excited the children were. I hate when I do that…but, I know what she is seeing is far more wonderful than snow.

For now, and for me, this is just beautiful and peaceful. I’m thinking chicken tortilla soup is in our future today.

We have bowls set out for snow cream (we may not collect enough to make any, but I’m sure gonna give it my best!).

I do wish my men were all home (we’re missing a few who are off working), but I’ll trust that the Lord knows what He’s doing and be content with watching the snow.
