Sharing a quick recipe!

We had these today for lunch. They turned our really yummy! (…and especially nice when the local grocery has a pork chop sale!)

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

  • 4 trimmed pork chops
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Pinch of ground ginger

Beat the egg, soy sauce, water, ginger and garlic powder together in a dish.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on a waxed paper.
Dip each side of the pork chops in the egg mixture and after that dip it in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the pork chops in a single layer on greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes.
Turn the pork chops and bake for another 20 minutes until the chops tender and no longer pink.

Many thanks to “The Cook Duke” for this recipe!

  1. Howdy! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
